Depending on your personal situation, we can offer you current working time models that enable the best possible combination of your family, leisure and work life. Working in flexitime, you can adapt your daily working hours to your individual needs. In our production departments, you will work in a 2-shift or 3-shift operation.

As a cooperation partner, we support the “Koblenzer Bündnis für Familie”. This association of various companies, social institutions and groups from Koblenz is strongly committed to reconciling work and family life, offering, for example, holiday camps for the children of employees.

Keeping you up to speed with training

We welcome inquiring minds

If your aim is to advance at a greater pace, you are welcome to step up the speed. Wherever possible, we fill our key positions from within our own ranks. Working with you, we will draw up a competence matrix, and clarify individual goals, wishes and expectations in regular meetings. Any training you require will be provided by the SCHOTTEL Academy and external training providers. There are around 150 training modules available for specialist instruction in the operation and servicing of SCHOTTEL products.
