Working in flexitime, you can adapt your daily working hours to your individual needs. In our production departments, you will work in a 2-shift or 3-shift operation.

Working with you, we will draw up a competence matrix, and clarify individual goals, wishes and expectations in regular meetings. Any training you require will be provided by the SCHOTTEL Academy and external training providers. There are around 150 training modules available for specialist instruction in the operation and servicing of SCHOTTEL products.
