SETTING SAIL FOR SUCCESS

Your apprenticeship at SCHOTTEL

As an apprentice in our innovative crew, make the most of the excellent development and qualification opportunities that will train you into a true specialist. With a choice of six possible apprenticed professions, find the one tailored to your strengths and qualifications for a rewarding start to your career. It goes without saying that you will be supported throughout your training by skilled colleagues and designated mentors in the respective specialist departments. Our aim is to take on apprentices who have successfully completed their training.

Learn more for new perspectives

Every year, our apprentices visit a selected SCHOTTEL customer or supplier. These trips provide valuable experience of everyday life in these businesses. Afterwards, participants prepare presentations on selected specialist topics, which also gives them that all-important speaking practice for their final exams.

As a SCHOTTEL apprentice, you also have the opportunity to develop your skills beyond training and specialist knowledge by taking part in the “ZeiLe” project. This project not only promotes participants’ language skills by daily reading of newspapers, but current topics in world affairs are also presented and discussed at regular events.
