For example: We founded the SCHOTTEL Academy for systematic and demand-oriented vocational education and on-the-job training. Every new employee receives this job-specific introduction to the operation and service of SCHOTTEL products. Approximately 150 training modules have been developed. These can be customized according to the level of knowledge of the individual employee and used for individual or group training courses. An expertise matrix is drawn up for each employee, and the training requirement is determined accordingly. Regular employee and management meetings also determine the demand, wishes and targets. In addition to this, we fill key positions from within the company whenever possible.
Do you want to travel abroad? That's no problem. We operate worldwide wherever our customers are. Project-specific overseas assignments are possible depending on qualifications and language skills.
